This policy explains how Arki Tech Solutions PLC ("Arki Tech", "we", "us"), a company registered in Ethiopia with its office in Addis Ababa, handles personal data when you visit this website, contact us, or apply to work with us.
We process personal data in line with Ethiopia's Personal Data Protection Proclamation No. 1321/2024 and its implementing rules. Where we work with clients in other countries, we also follow the data protection terms agreed in our contracts with them.

We collect personal data that you choose to share with us, for example when you email us, request a meeting or apply for a role. This can include:
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, company and job title.
- Project information: what you tell us about your business needs, timelines and budget.
- Applications: your CV, work history and any other information you send when applying to join us.
2Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We store your privacy choice in your browser. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies; see our Cookie Policy.
Types of Data
1. Personal data
Information that identifies you, such as your name and contact details. We only ask for what we need to respond to you or to manage a working relationship.
2. Technical data
Server logs and security data generated when you load a page. These are used to operate and protect the site and are not used to build profiles of visitors.
How We Use Your Data
We use personal data only for clear, legitimate purposes, including to:
- reply to your enquiries and arrange the meetings you request;
- prepare proposals and deliver services under a contract with you or your organisation;
- assess job applications;
- keep our website and systems secure; and

Third-Party Services
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it. Some are located outside Ethiopia; where data leaves the country we take the steps the Proclamation requires for cross-border transfers.
Website hosting
Our hosting provider serves this website and keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
Messages you send us, including meeting requests from this site, are received and stored in our business email service.
Your Rights & Controls
Subject to the conditions in the Proclamation, you can ask us to:
Access
Tell you whether we hold personal data about you and give you a copy.
Correction & deletion
Correct inaccurate data or delete data we no longer have a reason to keep.
Object & restrict
Stop or limit certain processing, including any direct marketing.
Withdraw consent
Withdraw consent you gave earlier, without affecting processing that already took place.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority designated under the Proclamation.
Security & Retention
We protect personal data with access controls, encryption in transit and the principle of least privilege. We keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires (for example, for accounting records), and then delete or anonymise it.
